‘Christ College’ was founded as ‘CHRIST (Deemed to be University)’ in 1969. Eligibility:

· Candidates who have earned an undergraduate degree with a minimum cumulative score of 50% from a university in India or overseas that has been approved by the UGC or AIU are eligible to apply. (Applicant(s) in final year of study should have 50% or above aggregate in all the semesters/years of undergraduate examinations conducted so far. Additionally eligible to apply are those taking their final degree tests between March and June 2024.

· The minimum Score specified for MAT / CAT / CMAT / XAT / GMAT / GRE / ATMA is only eligibility criteria and the actual score thereof shall have no bearing in the selection process.

· The scores of the following tests held in 2023 and 2024 will be accepted (Sep MAT 2023 | Dec MAT 2023 | Nov/Dec CAT 2023 | CMAT 2024 | XAT 2024 | ATMA 2024 | GMAT 2023 / 2024 | GRE 2023 / 2024).

· MAT score of 550 and above OR CAT score of 60 percentile and above OR XAT score of 60 percentile and above OR CMAT score of 60 percentile and above OR ATMA score of 60 percentile and above OR GMAT score of 450 and above OR GRE score of 295 and above.

For MBA (CU) + MBA (WMU, USA): Students must also obtain a minimum composite score of 450 in GMAT or 295 in GRE before students formally apply for WMU admission which will be during September 2024. (Mandatory).

Admission Process:

· Candidates must choose the preferred date and time from available options to facilitate a smooth admission process.

· Admission must be processed at the campus where the programme is offered as published in the offer of admission.

· As per UGC guidelines, fee payment has to be made through online mode.

· Payment options and details will be available in the Offer of admission.

· Fees for the first year, including Admission Registration fee, must be paid in full as part of the admission process.

· Class 10 Marks Statement and Class 12 Marks Statement.

· Provisional Degree Certificate or Degree Certificate (Convocation Certificate) if the candidate has graduated before June 2023.

· Transfer Certificate (TC) of an undergraduate degree from the last qualified institution (Mandatory) must be submitted by 20 September 2024.

· Migration Certificate of an undergraduate degree from a qualifying University (applicable for all candidates except those studying in Karnataka) must be submitted by 20 September 2024.

· Copy of entrance test scorecard (Sep MAT 2023 | Dec MAT 2023 | CAT 2023 | CMAT 2024 | XAT 2024 | ATMA 2024 | GMAT 2023 / 2024 | GRE 2023 / 2024)

· Two passport size photograph formal dress with a white background.

· Two Copies of the Payment Acknowledgment Receipt from application status link https://appstat.christuniversity.in .

· Copy of valid ID proof (Aadhar Card/Aadhar Enrolment Receipt/PAN Card).

· Candidates falling under any of these categories (PIO / OCI / SAARC / AFRICA / ASEAN / OTHER FOREIGN NATIONALS) have to submit:

a) Copy of Passport and Visa Details (Mandatory).

b) PIO / OCI have to produce a copy of the PIO / OCI card whichever is applicable (Mandatory).

c) Medical Fitness Certificate (MFC) from any recognized medical practitioner certified by the Medical Council of India and (PIO / OCI / SAARC / AFRICA / ASEAN / OTHER FOREIGN NATIONALS)

Selection Process:

The selection process (GD_MP_WSA_VA_PI) * will be held in person at the venue selected while submitting the application form online.

General instructions for applicants reporting for selection process:

· On the university website, candidates must click the link “https://appstat.christuniversity.in" to obtain and print their selection process admit card. All applicants are expected to read the information printed on the admit card and to bring the relevant paperwork, which is listed on the admit card and is also required to be printed out.

· The candidate’s preference to participate in the selection process in the application form determines the Center assignment, and additional changes will not be accepted. However, depending on the number of candidates in each venue or center, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) maintains the right to omit, combine, or alter the venue or centers.

· If there are places available, the chosen date for the selection procedure will be assigned. Requests to alter the dates, times, or location of the selection process will not be considered.

· Without the E-Admit Card, a copy of the application form, a receipt for the application processing fee, and mark statements for the following classes: 10, 12, and Undergraduate Degree Marks Card (Semester/Year/Consolidated), candidates will not be permitted to participate in the selection process. If results are still pending, then scorecards for the following exams will be available: Sep MAT 2023; Dec MAT 2023; Nov/Dec CAT 2023; CMAT 2024; ATMA 2024; XAT 2024; GMAT 2023; and GRE 2023; will also be available.

· During the hiring procedure, identification proof will be checked. The following can serve as identification evidence: a recent college ID card, a passport, a voter ID, or an aadhar card.

· Candidates must show up for the aforementioned selection process on the scheduled date and at least 30 minutes before the time noted on the admit card for the process.

· In accordance with the dates of the selection process that are posted on our website, out-of-town candidates must make their travel arrangements in advance.

· Candidates will not be allowed to participate in the selection process if they do not arrive at the venue by the scheduled day and time. To minimize traffic jams, candidates are urged to start early.

· Requests to alter the dates, times, or location of the selection process will not be considered. Candidates will be deemed “Not Selected” if they do not show up for the selection process at the designated date and time.

· You cannot bring your mobile phone or any other electronic device into the location of the No TA or DA shall be permitted for participation in the CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Selection Process at any Center.

· As part of the selection process, all candidates are asked to be ready for a micro presentation (extempore). The GD_MP will include a speaking portion where candidates will be invited to address any of the issues listed in our selection process link on “Topics for Presentation 2024” (Topics will be updated by December 1, 2024).

· Candidates must obtain and print their selection process admission card from our website’s “Application Status” link.

· It is the student’s or candidate’s responsibility to meet the admissions requirements. The selection process’s E-Admit Card’s issuance does not signify that the eligibility requirements have been met.

Important: The minimum score required for the MAT, CAT, CMAT, XAT, GMAT, GRE, and ATMA exams is merely a requirement for eligibility; the actual result will have no impact on the selection process.
