JBIMS offers admission to full-time courses such as MMS under 5 specializations and M.Sc. in Finance. MMS is equivalent to MBA courses offered by other institutes. The candidates will have to appear for the entrance tests conducted on the state-level by DTE Maharashtra followed by CAP counselling to get admission to the MMS program. Those who wish to get admission to M.Sc. will have to sit for the entrance test, group discussion and personal interview conducted by the institute.

3HSC level or first year of degree level.
