Find the value of a and b.

Q. 21. Prove that the ratio of the areas of two similar triangles is equal to the ratio of the squares of their corresponding sides.
Using the above result, do the following:
The area of two similar triangles ABC and PQR are 25cm² and 49cm respectively, If QR = 9.8 cm, find BC.
