Kerala Floods: CBSE to Provide Digital Certificates to Students

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will help Kerla students whose academic documents have lost or damaged in the flood. CBSE will provide digital mark sheets, migration certificates and pass certificates to students from CBSE-affiliated schools in Kerala.

Over 1,300 schools are affiliated to the CBSE in Kerala. The students can retrieve their mark-sheets, migration certificate and pass certificate from CBSE digital academic repository called ’Parinam Manjusha’. The academic repository has been integrated with DigiLocker.

The digital academic documents being provided through Parinam Manjusha/ DigiLocker are signed using digital signature of Controller of Examinations of CBSE, which make them legally valid digital document as per the IT Act. These documents also having QR codes, and such documents can be verified for the authenticity using the DigiLocker mobile app.

The students who need the digital documents can download their academic documents through https://digitallocker.gov.in using the login-id / password provided at the time of declaration of results on their registered mobile numbers.

CBSE will re-send login ID and password of Parinam Manjusha/DigiLocker pertaining to students of the year 2016-2018 on the mobile numbers provided with Class 10 or 12 data.

In case if any student wants to variation in his/her document, he/she may contact the CBSE Regional Office Thiruvananthapuram immediately giving roll number, name, class and year.

The board has extended the deadline for submitting school information at Online Affiliated School Information System (OASIS) for affiliated schools in Kerala till September 30.
