The wait is finally over for CBSE Class 12 students who appeared for the compartment exams. The results are out, and while the overall pass percentage is 29.78%, there’s some good news for girls – they’ve aced the exams with a pass percentage of 33.47%. Boys managed to secure a pass percentage of 27.90%.
Students can now check their results on the official CBSE website using their roll number, school number, admit card ID, date of birth, and security pin.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the Class 12 Compartment Exam results for 2024. Students who appeared for the compartment exams can now download their marksheets online.

Results Available: Students can access their compartment exam results on the official CBSE website (cbse.gov.in) or the results portal (results.cbse.gov.in).
Download Process: To download their marksheets, students will need to enter their roll number, school number, admit card ID, date of birth, and security pin.
Overall Pass Percentage: The overall pass percentage for the Class 12 compartment exams this year is 29.78%.
Gender Gap: Girls outperformed boys, achieving a pass percentage of 33.47% compared to the boys’ pass percentage of 27.90%.
Exam Details: The Class 12 compartment exam was conducted in 917 centers across 15,397 schools.
Next Steps:
Students who have cleared the compartment exams will be considered to have passed the entire Class 12 board exams. Those who haven’t passed this time around will need to repeat the year and reappear for the next year’s annual exams.
