City teacher got CBSE National Teachers Award 2015 among thirty four

A teacher at Institute of International Management & Technology (IIMT), Manoj Kumar Gaur received the coveted CBSE National Teachers Award, 2015. He is the only one who could achieve coveted CBSE National Teachers Award, 2015 from the city. There were thirty four and more teachers from across the country and abroad and six from UP who were confabulated with the CBSE National Teachers Award 2015 in the educational field.

Manoj Kumar Gaur, head of the department, physical education at IIMT Academy, who has received the coveted CBSE national teacher award 2015, said "It is a matter of great pride to have been selected for the CBSE National Teachers Award. Since the award has come close to Teachers� Day, I am happier". Manoj Kumar Gaur�s teaching service arched over 29 years and it took nearly three decades to get commendation. Gaur received a official letter issued to him by R K Chaturvedi chairman of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) mentioning about the selection by the board for the coveted �CBSE Award to Teachers for the year 2015�.

This award includes a certificate of commendation and cash award of Rs 50,000 and a shawl. This award function held in Delhi on Saturday at Kedarnath Sahni Auditorium. Union HRD minister Prakash Javadekar presented the award to Manoj Kumar Gaur and other deserving teachers. Gaur expressed his happiness by saying this, �I am thankful to my family and my students who trusted me ever since I joined the profession of imparting education in 1987. From Uttar Pradesh, six people were given the award. Five of them are principals, and I was the only teacher who was given this award. My entire family is ecstatic about the development".
