Central Board of Secondary Education has denied any plans for the re-examination of Class 12 Mathematics paper. Some fake messages and circular went viral on social media claiming that the Board will conduct Maths examination on May 1.
A group of parents and students are upset with the Central Board of Secondary Education ( CBSE ) for not responding on the “tough and out-of-syllabus questions” set for Class XII students in maths on Wednesday. They wanted the Board to take “remedial measures” to protect the interests of the students.
They urged the Board to either reconduct the examination or at least be liberal in evaluation and awarding of marks. The Board can also consider giving grace marks for questions that deviated from the model paper supplied by the Board.
