The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has published a circular that includes kids of classes I and II will not have to bear the weight of their bags anymore also they won’t have to have homework pressure on their heads. This sounds to be really favorable. All the CBSE affiliated schools have to make an announcement about this circular in their schools. This is going to show effective results on the health of little children. It was mentioned in the circular that children of class I and II are to face crucial stage of growth where they’re in the process of development of their bodies and the unbearable weight of bags filled with heavy books were to create mess in their health and causes children to face back pain, muscle pain, shoulder pain, fatigue and also some serious problems. The board has also advised that note books for classes I to VIII should be easy to carry and should not allow to bring them all to school every day. The board also suggested that children should avoid carrying unnecessary things to school such as extra note books, workbooks and everything that is not required. Teachers should let children know a day before about the books they need to carry other day.

According to Principal of Kendriya Vidyalaya-1, A T Mishra, parents of children should ensure that they have checked the bags and if they is carrying unnecessary books should take them out. It is the duty of parents.
