Board exams for class 10 is going to be revitalized from 2018

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has made a decision to revitalize the system of board examination for class 10th. This is going to be a big systemic change in the CBSE board. CBSE chairman Rajesh Chaturvedi declared this information on Wednesday. He said �We will not be able to do it in 2017 as time is short but we will certainly like to go ahead with it from 2018 as it has become important in the context of improving quality. In any case, the state boards are continuing with the board exams,� According to CBSE chairman Rajesh Chaturvedi, the matter of re-establishment board examinations of class 10th will be discussed at the education ministers� conference where authorities of ICSE board and state boards under the direction of the ministry of human resource development (MHRD) have been asked to give their presence. CBSE chairmen also said that students need to be made to write descriptive answers and not just rely on multiple choice questions.

The board wants to strengthen every little part of its system for the better and best studies. Chaturvedi said that teachers should be owing a uniform mechanism and for that CBSE is planning to make a announcement and arranges uniform and training for secondary and higher secondary teachers as soon as possible.
