The UNESCO Prize for Girl’s and Women’s Education honours outstanding and innovative practices advancing girls’ and women’s education, and in turn, improving the quality of their lives.
Individuals and institutions that have effectively established project or programme and running for at least two years to the advancement of girls’ and women’s education may apply for nomination.
The nomination form must be completed online in English or French via a platform accessible through the UNESCO website under the following link: https://unesco.org/gwe
Attention should be paid to presenting the project/programme in a clear and structured way, following the instructions given in the form and respecting the indicated word limit. All supporting material (e.g. action plans, publications, videos) must be transmitted electronically through the online system.
The nomination process will be available at UNESCO website till 11th May 2019.
