Job Description:

Premium Customer Support Specialist::-

Should be able to analyze issues of customers & provide solution ensuring customer satisfaction
Solving technical queries & Issues of the customers
Trouble-shooting & Customer support to premium clients over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES)
Candidate should be excellent in Spoken English+Bengali or Oriya or Assamese skills
Candidates should be ready to work 5 days/week with 2 Week Offs (rotational)
Predominantly day shift but has to be flexible with 24x7 shifts as per business requirement.
International voice process experience is preferred
Candidate should be ready relocate to NOIDA

SALARY: 1,90,000- 3,00,000 lacs p.a (20% increase on last drawn fixed salary without attendance, process or other incentive)
