Job Description:

(Mutual Fund Industry Necessary)
1. Handling and resolving customer emails / letters
2. Timely escalation of issues
3. Follow-up with respective vendors, RTA departments, Banks for resolution of queries
4. Participating in UAT/ new developments in processes, if any
5. Ensuring completeness of the responses sent to the investors / anticipates the investor queries so that there are no repeat queries for the same issues.
6. Providing the proper MIS of the cases handled
7. Identification of process gaps
