Job Description:

Developing schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
Facilitating learning by establishing a relationship with students and by the organization learning resources and the classroom learning environment.
Developing and foster the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age, ability and aptitude.
Taking responsibility for the progress of a class.
Meeting requirements for the assessment and recording of student\'s development.
Providing feedback to parents on a student\'s progress at parents\' meetings and other meetings.
Coordinating activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum, and supporting colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area.
Staying up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
Liaising with colleagues and flexibility.
Working with parents and school board to maximize their involvement in the school and the development of resources for the school.
Ensuring student\'s growth and achievement is continuous and appropriate for age group and subject area.

Experience: 0-5 years

UG Montessori trained, NTT, ECCE trained

Teaches all areas of the primary curriculum.
Organize the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning environment.
Plans, prepares and present lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within their class.
Implements instructional activities that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences.
Works with others to plan and coordinate work.
Takes part in school events and activities which may take place at weekends or in the evening.
Responsible for providing an educational atmosphere where students have the opportunity to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual and psychological growth.
Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing, with students, parents, and other professionals on a regular basis.
Fluent in speaking English language with proper accent.
Models professional and ethical standards when dealing with students, parents, peers, and community.
Most importantly candidates who are dedicated, love children, accept challenges and are innovative.
