EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
The preferred applicant should be an outstanding classroom practitioner with the following education qualifications:
Graduate or Post-Graduate qualifications, preferably in one of the subject added below from any reputed university.
Any degree/diploma/training on Education/Teacher Training will add extra advantage to the candidature.
MUST have curriculum experience of one of the followings:
Grade 3-8: CIE
Grade 9-10: IGCSE
A levels: 11-12 or
IBDP: 11-12
Skills and experience in working with Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, Power Point), Internet and E-mail operations. Any valid certification will be an added advantage

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENT
The teacher MUST have strong command on English to communicate in multi-cultural work environment. Also s/he is expected to prepare lesson plans & assignments in English and participate in the professional development in house training programs held in campus.

2. Adoptive behavior which is supportive of students irrespective of their age, race, culture or background
3. Having the ability to be role models in terms of personal hygiene, grooming, language and punctuality

5. Ability to type, compose, print classroom materials using relevant software and applications.
6. Ability to follow and maintain integration in terms of organization policy and regulation while performing the day to day job responsibility
7. Operating modern office equipments required to perform the job efficiently and effectively in a safe manner.

SUMMARY OF POST
Faculty is mainly responsible to teach the students, within and outside the classroom.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties for this particular position may include, but are not limited to the following:

Monitor and evaluate both students and programs progress
Under the guidance of supervisor, Faculty will actively design lesson plan and teaching methodology, conduct classes and supportive programs for students, evaluate and reward the learners and finally motivate them to excellence in academic performances.
Maintaining a comfortable and orderly classroom environment where students feel safe to take risks and share ideas, while learning to value the opinions of each other and that will promote and support learning
Develop a clear set of classroom rules and procedures, and make certain students understand and follow them.
Rendering guidance and assistance to individual students to develop their specific needs of development by supervising their study time in dormitory
Increase learning opportunities for the students to develop their personal, social and independent learning skills
Reinforce appropriate behaviors of the students at classroom, sports field and dormitory by playing a model behavioral role through appropriate use of language, interactions, and positive discipline

IMPORTANT NOTE:
ONE teacher MUST know how to teach minimum TWO subjects. In boarding school, teachers are expected to teach multi-subjects or multi-tasking jobs otherwise it will be boring for them.
Preference should be given to couple teachers.

Teacher with 2nd language proficiency in French or Spanish will get preference
