Job Description:

Exceptional ability to bring lessons to life and engage a room of students to become an interested and eager audience
Great talent for formulating well-balanced lesson plans that will adequately prepare students for various assessments and the working world
Ability to communicate with parents
Ability to express or impart instructions and lessons using various strategies including visual presentations, audio presentations, actual experiments, and a multitude of other methods
Willingness to go beyond what is expected to ensure that each student grasps the materials given and concepts taught
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of how to use latest technology to enhance learning experience
Evaluate and communicate student progress.
Liaison with other professionals and parents to discuss individual student needs.
Prepare and implement remedial programs for students require extra help.
Maintain up-to-date subject knowledge and research new topics, resources and teaching method.
Assess students performance through examinations, graded recitations and quizzes.
Provide stimulating learning environment in which students can develop to their full potential.
Utilize computer resources like Internet, smart Class to promote interactive learning.
Organize and supervise extracurricular and after-school activities.
Conduct regular class lectures and laboratory sessions.
Guide students in preparing investigatory projects
Have a caring attitude to attend to children's needs and concerns in time.
Have a strong desire to work with children
