-Planning a daily, weekly, programme of work and activities
-Giving each child the confidence to try things for themselves
-Patience and ability to stay calm at all times.
-Good knowledge of child development
-Excellent communication and observational skill.
-Watching the children and making notes of progress and difficulties
-Making sure all children have equal chances to learn
-Working with children in a warm and friendly way
-Ability to build good relationships with children, parents and staff.
-Candidate should be excellent in spoken and written English.
