Genpact Hiring for International Customer service process
Its a search engine phone support process
Involves inbound customer service
Need to sort customer queries over the phone
Excellent communication is must
Only Graduates can apply
Freshers/ experienced are eligible
Shifts Timings : US shifts - (5 pm to 4am) window,any 9hrs will be given
5 days working,two days fixed off in a week,can be split off
