B3. Read the newspaper clipping given below:

M.G. COLONY RESIDENTS SUBMIT MEMORANDUM
Abmedabad : The residents of M.G. Colony have sumbitted a memorandum to the Chairman, Water Authority, protesting against water being supplied to them for only two hours a day.

Write a letter to the Chairman, Water Authority, on the problems related to scarcity of water. Also suggest a few effective remedies in not more than 150 words. (10 marks)
