Example 1. In figure-1, ABC is a right angled triangle right angled at C. D is the mid-point of BC. Find the value of

Solution:-

                                   = 2CD/AC   [BD = DC]

Example 2. Evaluate:

 

Solution:-

= 2(0)2 + 1/24

= 1/8 + 4/3 + 1/2 + 1/24

= 3 + 32 + 12 + 1/24

= 48/24

= 2
