Job Description:

Handling the walk-in/telephonic inquiries

* Counseling the prospects student
* Follow up of the interested leads
* Preparing Sales Report
* Convince and convert the inquiries
* Generating leads through inbound and outbound sources.
* Maintaining Files, Admission Documentation & procedures
* Briefing them about the different Courses and Program.
* Development of relevant business proposals.
* Establish rapport with clients to facilitate future business development.
* Identifying new markets for generating possible sales.
* Regular follow ups.
* Should have good communication skills and pleasant voice.
* Must be a good listener and comfortable talking to customers
* Collect the feedback from the participants and consolidate the same.
