Responsible for Primary & Secondary sales, Team Management, Driving new schemes, Distributor management-new distributor appointment, Activating new retail stores, Development of retail chains, Market Analysis & Sales Forecasting
Planning of sales, setting of monthly targets, segregating the targets in to weekly then in to daily basis and tracking the same.
Should have around 7/12 yrs hard core experience in Retail Sales. Should be from FMCG / FOOD Sector only.
Coordinating with the DISTRIBUTERS AND RETAILERS for timely availability of stocks.
Coordinating with my sales team in order to achieve the given sales targets and assigned marketing operations.
Building & Maintaining Relationship with suppliers, distributers and retailers for smooth running of day to day Business Operations.
Preparing reports for monthly review meetings like target vs achievements, market share movements etc.
Maintaining account of Marketing Scheme articles.
