We are offering Real estate Marketing Job for Experienced with following Job Responsibilities;

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Reaching Customers Through various medium like Newspaper Advertisement/Promotional SMS/Mailers/Cold-calling.
Having thorough knowledge of our Builder projects.
Convincing customers for those project.
Arranging site visits for customers.
Maintaining MIS/Database for entire Suspects/Prospects.
Reporting their Team Leader with entire information.
Closing of Sale.

JOB SKILLS

Candidate should have good communication skills.
Candidate should be familiar with Gurgaon and NCR. Its good if he/she is from local.
Experience in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Candidate should be Graduate.
MBA\'s and Postgraduates are welcomed.
Candidate must have his own Conveyance.

Salary:INR 1,50,000 - 4,00,000 P.A
