Job Description:

Curriculum : CBSE & IGCSE
Scope of Authority : Grade 6 and Above
Reporting to : Head Of Campus and Academic Director
Reporting Team : Teachers of Grades 6 and above
Growth Opportunity : High

Primary Responsibilities:
Implementation of curriculum, learning objectives /plan based on the directions from Academic Director and Head of Campus
Direct responsibility of Student Education and Overall development.
Manage, evaluate and supervise the effectiveness and uniformity of Teachers in delivering their work.
Be the first point of contact for the teachers for all their work related needs and provide support to the teachers in delivering the lesson.
Appraise the teachers and provide interventions whenever and where ever necessary.
Ensure teachers follow the academic plan and maintain academic honesty.
Be updated with the current trends in education and train the teachers to stay updated in their subject.
Identify and suggest training needs.
Salary:INR 3,00,000 - 4,75,000 P.A. Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate
