Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Understanding the requirement on manpower from the business and sourcing candidates.
Sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews.
Managing Office resources & management.
Business Development process.
Assisting in documentation of selected candidates and rest of the onboarding formalities.
Collecting documents from the selected candidates.

Evaluate candidates through job portals & Social networking.
Responsible for screening, Interviewing, Selecting, On boarding & Exit formalities.
Performing counselling to candidates.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.

Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduation. (MBA Preferred)
Must have good English communication skill.

Walk-in Interviews are going on Time : 11:00AM to 5:00PM
