Required skills are :
Excellent oral and written communication skill in English and Hindi
Smart and excellent presentation skill.
Excellent counselling & convincing skill.
Having good experience in counselling in education sector.
Good computer knowledge.
Should be self motivated and have a sales attitude as the job
Providing effective counseling session to walk in & telephonic inquiry at the admission center with the aim to convert as many inquiries into admissions.
Conversion of students in the actual admissions through various modes like advertisement and personal calling emails etc.
requires extensive followups with the student.
Would be required to document all conversations with the client.
Female candidates only.
Taking care of students enrollments in the course.
Guiding students and parents on career courses.
She should have real time exposure in Counselling
To achieve sales targets using consultative sales approach,
To meet sales targets through fulfillment of leads, generating
conducting onsite sales.
Delivery of revenue across all products.
familiar with the documentation formalities etc.
