Job Description:
Address all administrative and customer issues related to laboratory in Health Check
Issue reports, fill and clear pending tests and check the documentation.
Review segregation and distribution of samples as per SOP.
Take corrective actions if safety procedures are not followed and ensure the quality of samples is maintained.
Impart patient education both pre and post sample collection. Address patient Queries
Oversee activities of junior technicians in maintaining cleanliness.
Review and Ensure SOP compliance and Adherence
Review and Manage availability of adequate stock of consumables.
Plan, conduct and monitor internal quality control audits on regular intervals.
Mentor and train the Technicians in the departmental procedures, and maintain roster of duties
Ensure documentation for NABL accreditation is properly maintained.
Registration under Paramedical Board is a mandatory.
Salary: Will depend on Qualification, Years of Experience and Competency of Candidate
