Job Description:

Sales and Customer Service functions

Ensure that all customers are treated with care, respect and concern so that they have an excellent experience at our study centers
To listen and understand the needs of potential customers and provide them with the right solution
To co-ordinate the important functions between the students and instructors.
To handle all types of customer complaints and escalate them to the right point of contact when appropriate
To document and file all information like feedback forms, enrollment forms etc.
To handle all student inquiries with updated information
To pursue in enrolling students with determination and focus
To be responsible and contribute to the overall center sales target
To perform all the front desk-related administrative tasks like maintenance of daily records, formulation of batches for all retail courses etc
To make all reports relating to sales in a timely and accurate manner

Salary:INR 1,25,000 - 2,00,000 P.A. Performance based quarterly incentives with a fantastic work environment

Positive attitude to learning and enthusiastic about creating a cheerful, lively atmosphere at the center.
Good communication skills to be able to interact with customers effectively
Always keep up the impressive frontline image of the center
Integrity of highest order and to be able to handle work matters/ conflicts with the maturity the situation demands.
Have good working knowledge of computers, internet , particularly MS Excel.
Must have a good typing speed.
Be flexible to be able to adjust to shift timings and off days.
