Job Position - Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales & Marketing
Job - Ghatkopar
Exp 4 to 8 yrs. (Real Estate experience is must)
Gender - Male / Female
Education - MBA Marketing (or equivalent)

Job Profile:
Managing and Working with Sales & Marketing Team
Setting up Team targets, monitoring progress of achievement; meeting sales targets
Preparing Sales & Marketing Plan for new project launch sales projections, price determination, etc.
Responsible for developing database for selling of industrial, residential and commercial properties
Responsible for acquiring new clients; cold calling
Client handling, site meeting, deal closures
Handling collection client payment and ensuring speedy delivery of valuable document.
Implementing, devising, & achieving targets by maintaining Customer Data for follow-ups.
Pre-sales, (handling enquires, follow-up, negotiations, & closing the deals) & Post sales (documentation and checking of agreements).
Handling all customer grievances during and post sales.
Keeping up to date with the latest real estate trends and activities
Oversee timely collections and revenue generation and issue resolution

Other necessary skills:
o People Management
o Work Experience in IPC preferred
o Excellent Leadership skills
o Develop advertising campaigns that successfully attract target population
o Evaluated target markets and proposed marketing strategies
o Communication and Interpersonal Skills
o Motivate professionalism and team members\' drive to succeed
o Should have relevant experience & success in the industry.
