Job Description:

Design effective HR policies & procedures.
Effective implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes.
Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date, maintained and communicated to all employees.
Regularly updating the policies in force on HRMS
Analyze effectiveness of the policies and review policies from time to time.
Employee handbook (important policies).
End to end management of the Performance Management Process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employees contribution and includes goal setting, feedback and performance development planning.
Facilitating all steps of Performance Management Process.
Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis.
Implementing necessary updates in the Appraisal data, maintaining eligible employees appraisal MIS.
Coordination and completion of annual salary appraisal based on performance.
Act as primary contact for handling queries related to performance Management Process, educating employees on the importance and methodology of appraisal.
Performance Improvement Plan.
Design and implementation of online Performance Management System.
Coordinate with different level of departments for increment and promotions or any transfer etc.
Data management, MIS and analyzing trends.
Other HR projects and support.
Salary:INR 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A

Ability to work under pressure within deadlines.
Analytical ability and good reasoning skills
Willing to travel.
