Conducting and driving the Performance Appraisals, HR Operations & MIS.
Should be able to liaise with the government authorities effectively to ensure all statutory compliance requirements are adhered as per the company norms.
Deliver additional assignment and projects assigned by the management.
To maintain Employee Attendance and generate salaries through the software.
Provides support with creating employee data reports and metrics as required.
Handle confidential information & coordination with the Mumbai Head office.
