Executive in Baroda.
Job Title: Executive Legal and Contracts
Job Location: Baroda
Job Timings: 6pm to 4am (US timing)
Responsible for Contract Administration and Management of US based Subcontractors of Collabera which includes, but not limited to, processing Recruiter\'s request for submission of contract documents, Subcontractors documentation tracking, review and analysis of returned documents, negotiation with the Subcontractors and execution of the contract
Handles Business Development through expansion of vendors to Collabera
Responds to routine inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions
Reviews and manages contractual obligations of the parties and provides continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met
Disseminates information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc.
Responsible for consultation and escalation to the Sr. Manager - Legal & Contracts/Legal Counsel of contractual or business issues which are not resolved satisfactorily by the team in a timely manner
Responsible for implementation of Companys processes
Acts as the primary contact between the Delivery Team and Sub contractors, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly
Acts as the first point of contact between Collabera and its Subcontractors for vendorship relations
Responsible for informing the Delivery Team of the requirements of the contract and monitoring compliance
Assists in contract management tools, templates, methods and processes for the team
Achieves a reasonable level of understanding of Companys major policies in order to communicate effectively with other teams and provide relevant advice
Prepares reports and tracks all exceptions which is sent to higher management
A degree in Law is a must; any additional degree/diploma related to legal/human resource would be preferable.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Keen to develop extensive professional knowledge in selected areas to conduct day to day affairs.
Command over various tools & techniques related to the job requirements.
