Able to handle all type of Personnel, Admin. & HR related day to day work.
Followup with Bank for foreign remittance clearance.
Admin Activities :
Computer & Internet Savvy
Young & Energetic with good Communication in English is very essential.
Good in verbal & Written communication skills.
Should be able to handle Admin Role independently
Day to day administrative and accounting work.
Petty c ash handling, Cheque issuing.
Bank balance tally with chq issued.
Followup for payments from the clients if required timely.
Good & Quick Decision maker.
Capable of handling good responsibility of Hr, Administration & Personnel, Society Meetings, AMC, Courier Tracking,
Knowledge of EPABX & Telephone Receiving.
Manage Houskeeping staff & Pantry requirements timely
Stationery & Filing Management
Should be well versed in Email correspondence in Outlook
Adding reminders in outlook calendar.
Should be able to handle the office atmosphere smoothly in critical condition
Should follow & introduce rules and policies timely by discussing with final authority.
Assisting in Employee welfare activites.
Attendance recording and updating
Salary & wages administration, Leave Calculation, Preparing salary slips.
ESIC, PF, PT Calculation with all type E-Statutory compliance, all type of Govt. returns
HR Activities :
Sourcing and screening resumes
Scheduling and Conducting interviews
Maintaining file throughout the lifecycle of employees
