Corporate HR
Domain Expertise of Employee Engagement, Employee Relations.
Recruitment and Induction/ Orientation.
Responsible for identifying the main reasons of attrition through analysing exit interviews & Employee Surveys and implementing measures along with senior management to increase employee engagement & retention.
Issuing of various types of letters like increment letters, appreciation letters, reward letters, warning letters and other.
Excellent Excel, ability to work on large numbers, extend work hours is a mandate.
Design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and annual salary increase.
Supervising and guiding the process of performance appraisals.
Communicating Pay decisions, Policy and guideline interpretation, including the creative solutions to specific compensation related programs.
Identifying Training and Development needs of the team by employee interviewing.
Participate and conduct job mapping and employee salary surveys to ensure external parity.
Data management and analysing the trends and developing communication/ interactive programs for better engagement.
Administration :
Disciplinary issues maintaining overall discipline in the office.
Responsible for Housekeeping and Maintenance of office premises.
Maintaining harmonious relations between employees.
Promptly attend grievances of the employees.
Facilitating in enhancing employee productivity.
Administrating the data and accumulating the data for processing the salary.
Verifying the attendance like leave, late coming, and early going etc. and generate payroll for salary processing.
Maintain expense ledger and filing all expenses, payments vouchers for IT auditing.
Help Auditors during IT auditing.
Keep track of payments to external vendors like web hosting, third party licenses, internet vendor, rents, electricity and sending reminders.
Corporate communication :
This role provides strategic communications programs, counsel and support to facilitate the cultivation of a positive corporate image externally and internally and a high performing organization of highly engaged employees.
Managing content of corporate website and other social networking pages like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+ etc.
Event Management like team outings, marketing campaigns, seminars etc.
Handling Internal Communications.
Managing Corporate Communications.
Design various marketing, communication and promotional materials, including brochures, project profiles, advertisements, posters, newsletters and presentations.
