Essential Qualifications:
a) A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub section (3) of the Section 13 of the Act.)
b) The candidate must be registered with the state/Central Medical Council.
c) A postgraduate qualification of an Indian University or equivalent degree recognized as such by the Medical Council of India, as under:- M.D. Radiology (before bifurcation)/M.D. Radio diagnosis/M.D. Radio-diagnosis & Imaging
Ph.D. in the concerned discipline/ subject of an Indian University/Institute or its equivalent Ph.D. Degree from a foreign University recognised by the University Grants Commission. 03 years teaching and/ or research experience in the discipline/ subject concerned after obtaining the Ph.D. Degree.
Experience: 3 years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty concerned after obtaining the qualifying postgraduate degree i.e MD/MS/Ph.D.
How to Apply:-
1. The candidates applying for the post should first confirm their eligibility before visiting the website at www.pgimer.edu.in.
2. The candidates will first fill (i) Advt. No. (ii) Post Code Number, (iii) category and (iv) date of birth on the website and then take a printout of the application form and challan. The application form is to be filled in by BLUE/BLACK BALL PEN in BLOCK LETTERS.
3. The candidates should fill his/her application form available on the PGIMER website. He/She should fill all the fields of the form. No fields should be left blank. After filling application form the candidate should deposit the application fee through challan form (Triplicate) in any branch of SBI.
Basic Details:-
(i) The Challan form of application form will be available on PGI website from 13.10.2016 to 04.11.2016 (2359 hours) after which the link will be disabled.
(ii) The last date of deposit of application fee in the Bank is 07.11.2016.
(iii) The last date of receipt of offline applications (hard copy) in the Recruitment Cell is 07.11.2016.
(iv) Date for Downloading of call letters will be uploaded on website.
