The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the dates for the practical exams for winter-bound schools for the academic year 2023-24. The exams will be held from November 14 to December 14, 2023.
This is earlier than the regular practical exams, which are usually held in January. Winter-bound schools are typically located in areas with cold climates, where schools are closed during the winter months.
The CBSE said, "Prepare the final list of candidates and ensure that no student whose name has not been submitted in the online LOC to the Board is allowed to participate in these practical exams or projects."
Here are some important tips for students appearing for CBSE practical exams:
Be prepared for the experiments and projects that you will be tested on.
Practice the experiments and projects beforehand so that you can perform them smoothly during the exam.
Carefully read the instructions given by the examiner and follow them precisely.
Be organized and keep your work area clean and tidy.
If you have any doubts, ask the examiner for clarification.
