CBSE regional-level science exhibition on August 12 for two days

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has decided to conduct a two-day regional-level science exhibition on August 12 at Sacred Heart Convent School, Sarabha Nagar.

The reason behind conducting this exhibition is to promote science and technology among younger generation. To provide exploratory experiences, encouraging creative thinking and promoting psychomotor skills among school students through self-designed models or simple apparatus.

Further, each participating school will display two models. The best 15 exhibits from each venue will be displayed in the national-level CBSE science exhibition to be held in Delhi in October.

The main theme for this year’s exhibition will be science and society. While sub-themes are industry, natural resources and their conservation, transport and communication, information and education technology, community health and environment and mathematical modelling.
