The candidates fulfilling the above criteria may submit their typed application duly signed with a recent attested photograph, copy of mark sheet, caste/tribal certificate and income certificate from competent district authorities in the following format:
- Name
- Father’s Name
- Address for Communication
- Permanent Address
- Date of Birth
- Whether SC/ST
- Parents’ Income
- Name of Institution Course Duration Presently Studying In (Year) Subjects Taken
(i) Performance in Class XII Examination or in Graduation for PG courses of Geology/Geophysics & MBA.
(ii) I hereby certify that I am not receiving any financial assistance/scholarship from any other source and I fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid down by ONGC. If any information furnished by me is found false or incorrect, I will be liable to be disqualified from ONGC Scholarship besides refunding the amount received from ONGC.
