Subject: Urgent repair of Grand Mall’s approach road

Sir,
Through this letter I would like to bring to your notice the need for the urgent repair of the approach road of Grand Mall, in Maya Enclave. This road has been in a rather bad shape. The road was all dug up last year to lay down new sewage pipes but it has not been repaired till now. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to the visitors who are stuck in hour long traffi c jams as the traffi c moves at a very slow-pace due to the highly uneven road. It is my request to you to look into this matter personally and urgently and get this road repaired so that visitors are spared undue inconvenience. Awaiting your early response. Yours sincerely
Abhimanyu
