Since the SNAP cut off for each individual Symbiosis college depends upon the SNAP scoring pattern for the relevant admission cycle and the maximum SNAP score obtained by the candidates as well as the number of candidates scoring good score, the SNAP cut offs will change substantially in admission 2021 in all the Symbiosis Institutes due to changes in exam pattern scoring pattern. Candidates appeared in SNAP 2020
No. of seats available
A detailed explanation of above-mentioned factors is given below-
Reservation Criteria - Candidates belonging to the lower category will have a lower SNAP cutoff. Reserved category candidates will be given relaxation in the cutoff of SNAP 2020. Whereas candidates with unreserved category i.e general will have a higher SNAP cut-off as compared to others.
Candidates appearing for SNAP 2020 - If the number of candidates appearing for SNAP 2020 is more, then the cutoff will be set to a higher level. Thus, we may say that one of the dependent factors is the number of candidates appearing in the exam.
No. of seats available - The cutoff will be on the higher side if the seat to be allotted is less than the number of candidates applying for the exam. But, if the candidates are less, whereas the seats to be filled by participating colleges are many then the cutoff of SNAP 2020 will be on the lower side.
Difficulty criteria - Considering the difficulty range of SNAP 2020, the SNAP cutoff will be formed accordingly. If the question paper is easy, the cutoff of SNAP 2020 will be higher and visa-Versa.
