BMSCE Bangalore Admission Process
Admission is based on COMEDK UGET 2017
A pass in 10+2 system of Senior Secondary examination or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects.
Candidate must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination.
The students belonging to general category must have passed the aforesaid qualifying examination with at least 45% aggregate marks in PCM (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates of Karnataka).
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate shall have passed the second year Pre University or XII standard or equivalent examinations held preceding the entrance test with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following subjects:- Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Biology and has secured not less than fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate marks in optional subjects with English as one of the languages for admission to Engineering & Technology Courses.
Provided further that the minimum marks for the purpose of eligibility shall be forty-five percent (45%) of aggregate in optional subjects in case of candidates belonging to the ** Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Classes specified in the relevant Government order for the purpose of reservation in respect of Engineering and Technology courses.
