CBSE Extended Class 10th Passing Criteria for 2019

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the passing criteria for Class 10th students from 2019. Now students need to score an aggregate 33% marks in theory and practical combined in the subjects to qualify the Class X Board exams.

According to a CBSE notification "It has now been decided to extend the same passing criteria henceforth for the students of Secondary classes i.e. candidates appearing for Class X examination in 2019 onwards will have to secure overall 33% (both taken together) in the subjects to be eligible to pass that subject".
