We are looking for a Qualified and experienced Coordinators (Primary/Kindergarten)/ Vice Principal with excellent teaching & communication skills, fluency in English, and ability to manage & track teachers work on a day-to-day basis. Candidates staying in Bangalore should only apply.

Job Description

Receive planners and curriculum material and ensure the availability of the same with the teachers and students.
Give feedback received from teachers related to materials/planners.
Ensure implementation of curriculum
Draft Circulars and Newsletters
Keep track of support programs as and where applicable.
Monitor the activities related to Sports & Performing Arts
Organize events and induction programs for teachers
Conduct curriculum workshops.
Generate MIS Reports as on a periodic basis
Maintain the registers as prescribed
Maintain the data in ERP, relating to attendance of students, circulars to parents etc.
Conduct demo sessions for the selection of teachers.
Having regular communication with parents regarding students performance
Maintain discipline and conduct regular assessments of students
Conduct Student Induction
Maintain history of students
Conduct orientation sessions for teachers
Class Observation and Staff Appraisals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Min 5+ years of experience in Academics coordination/Vice Principal/ Principal with background in teaching.
Leadership, Communication, various Instructional Technologies, Evaluate Teachers, Records management
Computer skills with expertise in eMails, presentation and word is must.
Ability to get the job done from teachers and other staff members in the given timelines and as per management instructions.
Candidates staying near electronic city, Bangalore are preferred.
