Maintaining candidate database
Screening the C.Vs as per the requirement
Arranging telephonic as well as personal interview
Communicating with the candidates till the joining.
Co coordinating the appointment procedure & other joining formalities and Conducting Induction programmes
Arranging training programs of new employees
Relieving formalities and Exit Interviews
Addressing the Employee queries
Co-ordinates with accounts dept for salary calculations
Leave managements, attendance and final settlements.
Coordination with the people on Contract (Security & Housekeeping)
Act as a Single point of Contact between Employee and Management.
Stationary, stores and Pantry Management, monitoring the cleanliness, Professionalism & Enthusiastic environment in the office premises.
Streamline the overall office administration.
Managing the Reception, Telephone consol, Inward & Outward, Communicating and guiding the visitors / Guests.
