Job Description:

Actively implement the vision of the school.
Establish the governing processes of the school, along with the SMT and the BOD.
Provide academic leadership.
Ensure high academic standards.
Implement innovative and effective techniques for the growth of school and the students.
Oversee human resources to empower them for their own growth in tandem with the organization\'s..
Manage administrative operations.
Communicate effectively with the various stakeholders through regular meetings and electronic platforms.
Manage daily operations of the school, administratively, financially and professionally.
Coordinate with various government agencies and departments for affiliation and all official systems.
Prepare school budget and control expenses.
Establish HR department for timely recruitments and induction processes.
Showcase the school at national and international platforms.
Reporting directly to the Board.


Salary:INR 10,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A

An experienced educational leader who ensures the implementation of all school programs and practices of staff are consistent with the school\'s mission and policies.
Should be a B.Ed.
Should have good acumen of administration, finance, logistics management, networking with regulatory and local authorities, excellent people\'s management skills, absolute integrity and long term orientation.
Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both
written and oral - in Hindi and English.
Should have good knowledge of rules, regulations and procedures of examining bodies/ autonomous educational organizations.
Should be committed to excellence, open mindedness and team based cooperation.
Should be a visionary, passionate about education and the academic needs and learning of today\'s generation.
Should possess effective leadership and efficient management ability.
