Job Description:

Designation: Principal
Qualification: PG, Bed/Med
Experience: 10 to 15 exp in school, 5yrs as a teacher, at least 3 yrs as Principal only with reputed CBSE schools, preferrence to the candidates who got experience in maintaining Hostel
Willing to Relocate to Warangal

DPS Warangal is looking for an extraordinary leader who would work under the directions of principal in terms of visualizing the rationale and the philosophy that set the direction and focus to carry out their tasks and lead the school.

Apart from teaching secondary classes the candidate should hold experience in the below aspects:

Help to achieve performance excellence in all areas of the school.

Play a key role in projecting and protecting the schools image as a centre of educational excellence at the national level.

Develop and implement policies related to curricular, co curricular and extra - curricular activities in a manner that promotes a holistic education and works towards enhancing well-being.

Need to show strong commitment to continual learning and contribute to the professional development of others under his charge.

To constantly monitor all the staff directly or indirectly in actualizing in practice the Vision, Mission and Core Values of the school.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION:-organize meetings- staff, Parents, Management, coordinate with all admin activities, end to end maintenance of hostel)

EDUCATION:- standardize the academics and non academics with respect to CBSE bye laws

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT:- hiring of right teacher and maintaining the appropriate number of teaching staff in line with student teacher ratio through out the academic year

IMAGE-BUILDING:-promote the brand building activities and create the positive image in the city through school magazines

DISCIPLINE:-responsible for staff and student discipline inside and outside the school, initiate punctuality, help teachers and students follow the time table and school calendar.

LIAISON AND PUBLIC RELATIONS:-maintain proper relation with local government authorities, CBSE board and media, responsible for the development and maintenance of good liaison with other schools, institutions, regulatory and local administrative authorities.
