Job Description:

. Maintain high teaching & research standards in the college & as such make efforts to organize refresher courses orientation programmes, seminars & workshops & symposia, training programmes etc.for teachers, research staff,
2. Proper arrangement for evaluation & appraisal of all employees including teaching & administrative staff & these appraisal reports will be submitted by him after his individual comments for all promotions, increments and fixation from time to time.
3. Responsible for maintaining discipline & law & order position in the college & will be overall incharge to approve the proposals submitted to him by his subordinate officers, HODS & other supervisory administrative & teaching staff.
4. Submit a phased plan of year wise development, innovative research projects, up gradation of teaching methodology to the college management from time to time and will make strenuous efforts to strengthen the infrastructure, library & equipments so that the standards of Teaching & Research could be upgraded & implemented.

QUALIFICATION:
PhD Degree in Engineering field.
Minimum13 years of experience in teaching & research
Managerial experience as principal or HOD for a minimum period of 3 years .
Should be interested in research and publications with good number of publications in peer reviewed Journals.
