Act as single point help desk for taking all complaint and for coordinating with agencies for their resolution / rectifications
Actively partcipate in crisis and emergency management and whenever required.
Coordinate for handing over Birthday Greeting cards to the employees through HOD/PM in time. Coordinate handling complains with regards to tiffins/snacks distribution in plant
Provide support in plant shut down and turnaround, Ensure Proper upkeeping of plant & office premises, Ensure Proper maintenance of cycles, co-ordination for repairs & certification of bills.
Monitor utilisation of plant emergency vehicles including checking their log book & renewal of vehicle entry permits of plant vehicles / COC, Coordinate for civil / plumber / carpentry jobs in the plant / office on routine basis.
Ensure serviceability of office equipment like Air conditioners / xerox / fax / PC / printer / projector etc & pantry equipment like water cooler / Tea vending m/c / oven / water filter etc.
Carry out Infrastructure Audit of Porta Cabins / Tea Vending Machines / Water Coolers / Office Furniture, Bicycles / Lockers / Dining Halls on half yearly basis and keep records of the same.
Ensure Proper maintenance of office infrastructure
Ensure upkeep of satellite dining halls, labour d/halls, pantries including replenishment of spoons, glasses & plates etc, Coordinate with pest control agency treatment as per schedule and on need basis.
Support various employee engagement activities in plant like organising pooja / plant picnic / annual get together / parties etc.
Coordinate for Gate Pass/Vehicle/Guest House arrangement for Vendors/Expat etc.
Ensure availability of courier services and their timely service.
Coordinate for issue of Refinery entry permits and vehicle Access permits for guests / vendors.
Support during VIP visits, AGM and other functions, Verify all Admn related jobs carried out and certification of associated Admn. expenditure bills.
Attend fortnightly HR reviews meeting. Interact with concerned plant / production manager and employees with an aim to understand their requirement and provide proactive Admin support, MIS prepration and submission to Central Admin.
