National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) Stage-II Exam
Eligibility: The National Talent Search Examination for students studying aboard in Class X is meant to identify the nurture talent. The examination is conducted every year at two levels: Stage I (State Level) and Stage -II (National Level), however, the students studying aboard are exempted for State Level Stage-I of NTS examinations as per NTS Scheme.
Scholarship : About 1000 scholarships are awarded for different stages of education as follows:
1. Scholarship of Rs. 1250/- per month for class XI and XII.
2. Scholarship of Rs. 2000/- per month for Undergraduates and Post-graduates.
3. Amount of Scholarship for Ph.D. is fixed in accordance with the UGC norms.
Eligibility for Scholarship: If a candidate is selected, the scholarship shall be paid for pursuing studies in India only.
Reservation: 15% for students belonging to the SC Category, 7.5% for the students belonging to the ST Category & 4% for the Physically Challenged group of students.

Lasr Date of Submission of Application Form: December 31st, 2017
Date of Examination: 13th May, 2018 (Sunday) at 36 centres only in India.
Examination: The pattern of stage-II will be as under:
Paper I- Mental Ability test (MAT)
Paper II- Language Test (LT) English/Hindi
Paper III- Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT).
